Application Process for 2022, 2024, and 2025

2022 Applications: Open from April to November 2025. Apply via https://www.btc.edu.za/ or https://forms.bereact.co.za. Submit certified ID, academic records, and proof of application fee payment.
2024 Applications: Open from April to November 2024. Follow the same process as 2022, ensuring all documents are uploaded in JPG/PNG format.
2025 Applications: Expected to open in April 2025 and close in November 2025. Check the BTC website for exact dates and requirements.

A year-end report for Grades 9, 10, 11, or 12, or an N3 certificate.
Certified copy of ID (South African citizens) or passport (international students).
Two certified copies of the parent/guardian ID.
One ID-sized photo.
Proof of payment for the application fee.

Engineering: National N Diplomas (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil).
Management & Commerce: National N Diplomas (Business Management, Public Relations, HR).
Information Technology: National Diplomas and Certificates.
Education: Teacher training programs.
Hospitality & Tourism: Qualifications in hospitality, catering, and travel.

Application and class fees are payable upon registration.

BTC is a private institution and does not qualify for NSFAS funding. Explore private loans or scholarships for financial aid.
